Attractive MISB example of one of the hobby’s great icons: Optimus Prime.  Optimus Prime is not only appealing to G1 collectors but has wide crossover appeal to nearly every hobbyist that appreciates the beloved decade of the 1980’s.  This one presents much nicer than its assigned grade.  It sports outstanding color and desirable features including factory tape seals on both ends, no colorbreak along the edges, and a very clean reverse.  The culprit on this example is the lower corner of the front and bottom.  Otherwise, an outstanding factory sealed example that displays wonderfully.  Encapsulated by AFA (70, 60-80-85), #18177596
