One of the most important, valuable, and recognizable pieces in the entire ARAH line.  We are pleased to present the elusive icon: Snake Eyes.  Snake Eye in 9-back form was the first G.I. Joe action figure in the ARAH line, along with the eight other characters on back, to hit store shelves in 1982.  This first version of Snake Eyes is recognized as the straight-arm commando version, much rarer than the later released ninja version from 1985.  First release examples which have indeed survived in such magical condition as the presented copy are, in fact, exceptionally scarce.  Our example enjoys a virtual lack of any physical imperfections.  The o-ring appears to have lots of life left and the legs and waist exhibited very little movement when tested.  It’s easy to see why our offering finds itself in such limited company, as color, registration, and gloss are all masterfully orchestrated, and clean surfaces and clear bubble trumpet a stunning absence of wear.  A glorious tribute the superstar of the G.I.
