Extremely rare factory sealed Series 1 G.I. Joe tank from 1982. This version, without barcode, is believed to be the very first MOBAT ever released. Over 40 years old and in great condition with only minor blemishes. Includes straight-arm Steeler action figure. There appears to be leg movement but he remains upright and secure within the blister.
