Series 1 Windcharger from 1984.  This is the more desirable car form (he was also released in robot form).  Clean card that lays flat with great color front and back.  Blemishes on front include a light vertical vein and impression above the hangtab and a light horizontal vein through the S in FORMERS.  No edgewear or surface issues whatsoever.  The back is extremely clean free from spotting and toning with the only blemish being a vertical vein at the top of the hang tab.  The bubble presents clear without yellowing.  There is a light dent under the front wheel but the bubble retains perfect form otherwise.  Outstanding example of an early minicar from Series 1.
