This lot is part of a world class collection that was carefully curated by a private high-end collector.  Never has a MASK collection of this caliber been offered in a single sale.  In fact, most of these pieces, especially in such exceptional condition, are extremely difficult to source.  The collection is highlighted by a complete set of Series 1 in FIRST RELEASE “Short Mask” form:

Series 1: Boulder Hill, Rhino, Switchblade, Jackhammer, Gator, Thunder Hawk, Condor, Piranha

Firecracker, also included as Long Mask, was added to the line later on as evidenced by early MASK advertisements (see photos).

Beautiful and highly desirable MISB Jackhammer with Cliff Dagger action figure from Series 1.  This is a very difficult to find FIRST RELEASE “short mask”.  Exceptionally clean throughout with only minor imperfections.  Great color, no price tag sticker residue, factory tape sealed on each end and no colorbreak whatsoever along the edges.  Awesome first release Jackhammer, one that is a glaring omission in many high-end MASK collections!  Encapsulated by AFA (80), #13556238
