Unopened 2007 first-release original Apple iPhone in 8GB form. It’s important to note that the box detail of the first release 8GB differs from the subsequent 8GB model released several months later. The original release is most easily identified by the original 12 icons on the face of the box. The later released 8GB added a 13th icon (an “iTunes” icon). Our offering is a genuine first release model with the original 12 icons. 

The first release 8GB model peaked at $63,356 in February 2023 resulting in widespread media coverage from major outlets including CNN, NPR, BBC, and others.  

Here we have an identical First Generation 8GB model. This factory sealed, first-release example is in excellent condition with only very minor blemishes. Box is impressive. No color fade, no dents or dings. Factory seal is intact with desirable seam pattern along the sides and bottom panels. Imperfections include surface wear found near the bottom edge on front and on the reverse near the four corners of the inner box. Overall, excellent display value. We expect this one to be a popular choice for astute collectors of high-end pop culture memorabilia.
