Key TMNT villain from debut year in 1988 – Shredder!  Unpunched, this example showcases a desirable AFA 85 overall grade.  Card is strong front and back with only minor surface wear in the upper corner.  Bubble is dented at the stem and is lightly tinted.  If re-graded today, we believe a Y designation would be assigned.
