Ultra high-grade MISB example of Series 7 Mean Dog from 1988. According to AFA’s population data, there is only one example graded higher (an AFA 90). Outstanding color on every panel with the majority of imperfections out of sight (top and bottom panel). Each end is dual factory tape sealed with only a light colorbreak along the left edge.
