How does one measure supremacy? In collector circles, the piece that reigns supreme is one that everyone covets yet no one obtains. With affectionate deference to the Cobra Missile Command Headquarters, we are inclined to assign the primary ranking in the space to our subject – the Cobra Viper Glider. For most, the prospect of finding a factory sealed and unaltered original is regarded as futile. After all, the only examples are thought to be buried deep in “black hole” collections. Further confirmation of its rarity is evidenced by the presence of only three factory sealed examples in the AFA population report. Our offering is the only factory sealed example graded by CAS. It’s no wonder that the mystique of Viper Glider has taken on a life of its own.

With the recent $8,556 sale of a AFA 70-Q (open box) Viper Glider on May 15, 2025, we expect our high-grade factory sealed example to do quite well.
