This lot is part of the “Colorado Find”. Earlier this year, a treasure trove of factory sealed vintage toys was discovered in Colorado. Approximately a dozen “hobby fresh” pieces from that collection are now available for the very first time.

Gorgeous Repugnus released in 1987 as part of Series 4. Box displays outstanding color throughout except for a heavy flap crease found on the reverse. Fortunately, the flap crease is out of sight when displayed and this one has the eye appeal of an AFA 80+ to 85. One end is factory tape sealed and the other is double taped with the tape broken. There is a light colorbreak along the tape cut edge (right side). Vintage Lionel $12.97 price tag in the upper corner. Bubble holding Repugnus in place is crystal clear and is firmly attached to the cardboard backing. Display window is crystal clear as well. The toy within is in mint condition.
