Ultra high-grade Cobra Officer 32-Back from Series 2 in 1983. Strong card, bubble, and figure. Card imperfections include a bit of surface wear on the JOE letters in the logo. There is also a horizontal vein found on the reverse. Clear bubble retains perfect form. Action figure stands ideally upright and front facing. Moderate leg movement when tested. No waist movement.
