Exceedingly rare Leia 12 Back-A pre-production PROOF CARD from Kenner’s Star Wars toy line released in 1978. This exciting lot is “hobby fresh” and originates from a long time collector’s estate who passed it down to his son. As part of our research, we combed through the auction archives in search of a previous 12-Back Proof card sale – there are none. Not a single 12-Back Proof card (of any character) has hit the auction block.

Our example is a “hobby first” at auction, and 1 of only 6 examples graded by AFA (across all grade levels. It’s a stunner - bright vivid color front and back and virtually free of imperfections. Card is perfectly flat and is unpunched. Notice the 90 degree corners at the bottom compared to the rounded corners of the retailed counterpart. A lot that will excite Proof card collectors and investors alike.
