Very rare first-release Cobra Commander Mail-Away from 1982. This display includes  complete contents from the mailer: Shipper Box, Membership Kit Form, File Card, and Action Figure. This is the highly desirable first version of Cobra Commander released as evidenced by his unique and simplistic “Mickey Mouse” chest emblem. The chest logo was soon refined to the more complete traditional Cobra emblem we all recognize. No movement in the waist or legs of the action figure when tested. There are only 5 first-release complete mailers graded by AFA in over 25 years. Awesome piece originating from one of the best ARAH collections in the country, one that took over 20 years to curate. First time at auction.
