Gorgeous first-release Destro on 20-Back card. Inclusive of subgrades, this is the highest graded Destro we have offered in our auctions. Our two previous examples, both AFA 85 but with inferior subgrades, realized $15,168 and $9,418. This one is a gem. Excellent card with few imperfections. No price tag sticker or sticker residue/imprint. Flawless color on card. Bubbles are firmly attached to card and retain perfect form. There is a bit of a rub mark on the bubble at his chest and above his head. The Destro action figure within looks great, standing upright. There is very slight movement in the waist and moderate movement in the legs when tested. This piece comes from one of the best ARAH collections in the country, one that took over 20 years to curate.
