Late in the vintage line of Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, an idea was hatched that Shredder would combine the DNA of a T-Rex and himself to mutate into a Tyranno Shredder. Since Shredder mutated, the Turtle brothers took it upon themselves to also mutate with other dinosaur DNA in order to combat the super powerful new shredder. Because of this line's limited success, it eventually led to it becoming highly collectible as a fan favorite and a difficult set of figures to complete mint on card.  Graded May 2022.  Encapsulated by AFA (80, 80-80-80), #14022158
