One of the unique ways Kenner released their shiny new Star Wars toys was through mailer programs, and some programs were partnered with specific retailers. In the case of this four-pack, Kenner chose JCPenny to release these through a catalog. Kids received nice box in the mail with four of their favorite new figures! This 4-pack is a later release in 1984 and outstanding overall “85” with desirable subgrades of triple 85.  Amazing display piece and an excellent example of what these packs look like once cracked open yet baggies kept sealed.  Encapsulated by AFA (85, 85-85-85), #16059391
