One of G1’s true classics, Bumblebee is a key piece in the line.  Downgraded due to a 1-inch half circle vein on the bottom cardback as well as a blemish around the hangtab, the card itself is otherwise very clean.  Although the bubble was assigned a “y”, we see no evidence of yellowing whatsoever.  We do, however, believe the bubble subgrade of 75 is accurate as we identified a dent at the bottom of the bubble and another very small ding at the front-end.  Despite the minor flaws, this rare red variant is a tremendous mid-grade example with strong visual appeal!  Bumblebee presents a particularly significant collecting and investment opportunity as one rarely comes to market.  Encapsulated by AFA (75y, 75-75-80), #15327655
