Before the carded swivel arm adaptation of Cobra Commander came the straight arm version – available only via mail away.  Each of the nine original carded G.I. Joes featured a mail-in redemption offer in exchange for a loose Cobra Commander figure.  Offered here is the figure from that decades old redemption.  Incredibly it’s preserved in the original factory sealed plastic bag.  Further it’s graded an impressive 85 by AFA.  It must be noted that the graded variety are in rather short supply as AFA no longer grades loose G.I. Joe figures.  While the carded version may be out of the price range of most, many will see this version as an affordable opportunity to own a quality piece.  Encapsulated by AFA (85), #11389052
