One of the most important, valuable, and recognizable action figures in the entire ARAH line.  We are pleased to present the elusive icon: Snake Eyes.  This early release 11-back is the straight-arm commando version.  Examples which have indeed survived in such magical condition as the presented copy are, in fact, impossibly scarce.  So scarce that investment-minded collectors duked it last year in April to the tune of a record setting $26,400 when an 11-back AFA 85+ Snake Eyes was offered at auction.  Our example, equal in its assigned grade (AFA 85+), enjoys a virtual lack of physical imperfections.  The card, bubble, and figure are simply magnificent.  There is a bit of leg movement as expected in the 40 year old figure, however the o-ring appears to be quite secure.  It’s easy to see why our offering finds itself in such limited company, as color, registration, and gloss are all masterfully orchestrated, and clean surfaces and clear bubble trumpet a stunning absence of wear.  A glorious tribute to the superstar of the timeless G.I.
