Original pair of turtle dove ornaments from the 1992 comedy hit Home Alone 2: Lost in NY.  Who can forget the owner of Duncan’s Toy Chest, Mr. Duncan, gifting Kevin two turtle doves as a symbol of friendship and love.  “Take the turtle doves……you keep one and you give the other one to a very special person.”

These production-made prototypes are constructed of metal in various shades of bronze and gray, identical to the on-screen doves sans the white paint.  The doves used in the movie were painted white at the last minute when it was ultimately decided on set that the white would appear better visually on the big screen.
