Hasbro hit a grand slam with its 1982 revival of the G.I. Joe toyline.  A large part of the success can be directly attributed to the amazing box art and packaging.  Many of the vehicles were especially impressive.  The eye catching box art and clear window displaying the figure proved to be a successful combination as vehicles flew off of shelves.  Offered here is the first release of the popular VAMP and includes the straight arm version of Clutch.  The first release vehicles are exceedingly rare in factory sealed form.  This example grades an impressive 80 and will undoubtedly command the attention of early vehicle collectors.  Encapsulated by AFA (80), #11389052
