LCG 5% Eye Appeal Designation

 Presented is a rare, first release Battle Ram from Series One – we believe this impeccable AFA 85 is the best example in the entire hobby.  This factory sealed vehicle was released alongside the test market 8-backs figures, Castle Grayskull, and the Wind Raider vehicle as part of the initial offering and debut of theMasters of the Universetoy line.  Similar to a canvas in texture, the box quality on this piece is simply amazing.  Condition front and back is immaculate – well-deserving of the LCG 5% Eye Appeal designation.  The reverse is bright white and, amazingly, is completely free from the typical flap crease you see on almost all MOTU vehicles and giftsets.  Seasoned collectors know that there is quite a difference not only in rarity, but in box features between this early release 8-back and the more common 12-back.  First, rarity: the 8-backs make up only approximately 10% of the Battle Ram supply.  Second, the nuanced differences that veteran collectors love are present: the bottom of the box is completely black in color, there is only one Masters logo on the front, and the reverse displays only eight characters.  We expect lots of action on this lot – we’ve never seen a better example of this must-have Series One vehicle. Encapsulated by AFA (85), #10457932
