Ultra high-grade example of Series 1 Grunt.  This unpunched specimen is exceptional and is as good as you’re going to find.  The 9-backs were the first G.I. Joe’s released in 1982, and to find one preserved in such condition is quite exciting.  The figure stands perfectly upright with some movement in both the waist and the legs which is typical for the early release 9-backs.  Card, bubble, and figure are all top tier appearing factory fresh.  Early release collectors will certainly look to add or upgrade to this beauty!   Encapsulated by CAS (85+, 85-85-85), #10171870
