Plastic Wheels/No Paint Face

 Ultra Magnus was the original chosen successor to take over the matrix of leadership following Optimus Prime's death.  The physical similarities are apparent, but Ultra Magnus never quite captures that Optimus Prime magic.  Still, this highly desirable character is very popular amongst collectors.  This MISB example exhibits no colorbreak whatsoever along the edges and the factory tape is present and remains firmly intact on each end.  The reverse is clean and is free of the typical G1 flap crease.  Bright, crisp, with vibrant red, white, and blue colors, this is a very attractive example of Series Three mainstay, Ultra Magnus.  Displays like an 85, the only thing keeping it from the elite grade status is the condition of the bottom panel which isn't even visible when displayed.  Approximately 15 x 5 x 11 inches.  Encapsulated by AFA (80, 80-85-90), #11023834
