Condition update:

Back panel: upon thorough review, we noticed several light surface markings on the pictured tank that are visible under the glare of direct lighting, specifically around the mid and upper portions.  There is also a surface blemish on the upper tire.  It's important to note these imperfections were present when the item was graded and are factored into the box's subgrade of 80.

 Factory tape sealed Series 2 Cobra H.I.S.S from 1983.  Extremely popular early Cobra vehicle, in part, because it is the first vehicle released in America that features Cobra Commander in the box art.  Many high-end collectors have been waiting patiently for a factory sealed H.I.S.S. to hit the market.  The front panel is exceptional throughout with the only notable blemish being the remains of a price tag sticker in the upper corner.  The H.I.S.S. Driver looks amazing behind the clear window and exhibited only light leg movement when tested.  Sensational piece, one that is rarely seen.  We expect collectors to battle it out for this one!  Encapsulated by AFA (80, 80-85-85), #13462555
