There are only 4 AFA graded factory sealed examples in the population across all grades.

Nascent collectors don’t quite realize the rarity of the early MOTU 8-Back vehicles and playsets. In the case of the Battle Ram, there are less than 10 AFA graded and factory sealed examples. In the case of the Wind Raider, there are less than 5. Our well-presenting example features a high-quality box with a canvas-like texture on the front. Imperfections include price tag sticker impression in the upper corner, surface wear on the bottom panel, and light spotting on the reverse. It comes factory sealed on both ends and there is no color break along either edge. The reverse showcases 8 action figures, and 4 additional early releases. Some toning is present, but the piece is free of the flap crease found on most examples. Like the Battle Ram, features unique to the 8-back release (not found on the later released 12-back) include: the bottom of the box is completely black in color, there is only one Masters logo on the front, and the reverse displays only eight action figures.
