According to the AFA population data, AFA has only graded one factory sealed example in their 24-year history (serial #12049038).

Extremely rare FACTORY SEALED Canadian R-2 from the 1979 12-Inch Series. Condition sensitive box presents nicely overall. Box is firmly factory tape sealed on top and bottom. Clear window is attached in three of the four sides (detached in upper corner). A 7.5-inch R-2 is found within and is factory tied against the red backing. Excellent opportunity to acquire one of the most elusive factory sealed pieces.
