According to the AFA population data, AFA has only graded eleven examples of the Meccano DSC in their 24-year history. 

Square card featuring rarely seen Death Squad Commander from Meccano’s 1978 French release. Only 11 examples ever graded by AFA (across all grades). This one looks great with the main culprit in the form of creasing in the bottom corner and out of sight. The bubble retains perfect form and although it received a Y designation, the tint is very subtle. The DSC figure within is positioned ideally looking straight ahead.
