Series One FIRST RELEASE Winston from the popular Real Ghostbusters line in 1986. The FIRST RELEASE Ghostbusters are distinct from the later releases:

• white text on card
• solid purple background on card (instead of light purple on lower half of card)
• simple card design on reverse
• wand that connects to the bottom of the protein pack (instead of the bumper)

Offered here is a FIRST RELEASE Winston Zeddmore in strong AFA 80 condition. The card is flawless sans a crease in the upper corner at 10 o’clock near the price tag sticker. Thankfully, the position of the crease on the card makes it well-hidden resulting in strong overall eye appeal. The bubbles are crystal clear and retain perfect form with the exception of the two top corners on the front of the ghost bubble – two very minor dents. The piece presents exceptionally well overall and is sure to make a great addition to the lucky winner’s collection.  Encapsulated by AFA (80, 75-80-90), #14269922
