Splendid high-grade early release 12 Back-B Stormtrooper from Kenner’s original Star Wars release in 1978. Stormtrooper is one of the hotter 12-Backs on the market with multiple 12-Back B 85 sales soaring to nearly $5,000 this month in January 2025. Our unpunched example is a beauty. The card is excellent with few imperfections. A light one-inch vein at the bottom of the card near the blister and a bit of price tag sticker residue in the upper corner are the only culprits. Otherwise, the card is free of creases, veins, and wrinkles – front and back. The bubble is crystal clear and retains perfect form. Finally, the Stormtrooper action figure stands perfectly upright and exhibits no yellowing. Overall, an excellent AFA 85 example of an original 12-back.  Encapsulated by AFA (85, 80-85-85), #11206799
