Attractive TMNT release by Playmates in 1995. This set includes a mini Turtle Cycle and mini Mutant Module. Also includes a mini Super Shredder figure. Card front is virtually flawless. Several veins on the reverse are the most prominent imperfections. Card lays perfectly flat. Bubble and tray are clear. Very light impression on the bottom of the left side of the bubble near the card itself. Overall, a very nice example of a difficult to find piece.
