Presented is an exceedingly rare Scarlett 9-back with Cobra Commander Offer graded an unsurpassed AFA 85. Scarlett is one of the most difficult 9-Backs to find (in any condition!). Our offering showcases an outstanding unpunched card with few imperfections. The only imperfection of note is found out-of-sight on the back of the card in the form of a price tag sticker imprint. Figure and weapon bubbles are clear and retain perfect form. The Scarlett action figure looks great. Light movement in the waist and no movement in the legs when tested. An exceptional early release 9-Back that is far tougher to find than her 11-Back counterpart.
