Well-presenting “transitional” Prowl from Series One. This is a rare “transitional” piece as it includes a second release toy in an early release box. We know the toy jet is a second release based on the inclusion of the the rubsign sticker, and we know the box is an earlier release because of the TM (instead of “®”) attached to the TRANSFORMERS logo.

Solid box with few blemishes. We identified a bit of surface wear in the black color found on the top panel and upper flap. Also, a small tear on the top panel under “Start”. Nice box overall but not exceptional – in our opinion, the 80 subgrade is accurate. Each end has tape present. The left side has tape attached (based on the outline, it appears to have moved from its original position) and there is color break present along the front edge. On the right, the end of the tape is lifted but appears attached near the edge. No colorbreak along the right front edge. Display window is clear but there is some surface wear. Bubble within is clear as is firmly attached to the cardboard backing. Prowl car looks excellent with no yellowing. Encapsulated by AFA (85, 80-85-90), #16294108
