Ungraded carded action figure of popular TMNT character Raphael, released in 1988. Well-presenting example. Card is unpunched with great color. Card is perfectly flat. No edgewear. Only notable blemish is rabbit ear bottom corner. Bubble and tray are clear, and retain perfect form. Action figure exhibits light frosting on his red headband. Excellent overall condition!
