Well-presenting Cobra Commander on Japanese Takara card released in 1986. The card has only very minor imperfections. Just a bit of surface wear. No creases, no veins, no edgewear. Bubble is firmly attached to the card and retains perfect form. There is a bit of surface wear on the front of the bubble. Cobra Commander action figure stands perfectly upright and exhibited no movement in the waist or legs when tested. Strong example relative to assigned grade level.
