POP 2 – According to the AFA Population Report, this is one of only two AFA 85 examples on 20-Back card. None are graded higher. There is a total AFA graded population of 14.

Ultra high-grade and highly elusive Scarlett on 20-Back card release by Hasbro in 1983. Scarlett is notoriously difficult to find in AFA 85. Our “triple 85” sports a nice card with only minor imperfections, most notably a vertical vein above the hangtab. Bubbles retain perfect form but are a bit cloudy as we see with many of the early releases from the line. Sides and base of the figure bubble exhibits paint markings from her gloves and boots. The Scarlett action figure stands ideally upright and forward facing. She demonstrated no movement in the legs or waist when tested (very rare for this particular figure!).
