Difficult to find Series Three Vortex with Decoy.  We feel the card presents better than its assigned sub grade.  Light veining around the hangtag and minor blemishes at the four corners were the only imperfections we could identify.  The bubbles are clear and retain great form.  Light denting at the top of the decoy bubble and a small dent on the top right corner of Vortex' propeller were observed.  Overall, an impressive example that will undoubtably receive action down the stretch.  Encapsulated by AFA (75, 75-75-90), #15383079
