Difficult to find Series Four Terrorcon: Cutthroat w/ Decoy.  Strong card with the only culprits being edge wear along the left and upper/lower corner imperfections.  Bubbles are clear and retain their original form free of dents.  There is a very small crack at the base of the decoy that lowers the sub grade to 60.  Child World/Children's Palace price tag sticker in the upper corner.  Really nice value piece that presents stronger than its assigned grade.  Encapsulated by AFA (70, 75-60-90), #19189379
