Very difficult to find Series Three Hubcap.  This is one mini that you almost never see.  We are pleased to present this one MOSC (mint on sealed card).  Our example exhibits a prominent crease on the card along with other imperfections that bring the card subgrade down to 70.  Bubble and figure are exceptional earning an 85 and 90 respectively.  A great opportunity to add an elusive piece that many collectors have yet to acquire.  Encapsulated by AFA (75, 70-85-90), #11306444
