An early 1990s treasure!  Exceedingly rare FIRST PRINT/FIRST RELEASE Sega Game Gear console from 1991.  The first handheld color console to make waves in the gaming world.  Popular titles include Sonic the Hedgehog and Streets of Rage.  The first release Game Gear was paired with a game called Columns and the box design is distinct and easily identifiable from subsequent releases.  Our factory sealed example is “hobby fresh” - this is the first time it has ever been offered in any marketplace.  Recently graded, it scored an unsurpassed VGA 85.  Simply put, this is the nicest first release example in the hobby.  Encapsulated by VGA (85), #71265852
