Very early release Optimus Prime “Metal Plates” variant in outstanding condition.  Rarely seen, this is one piece that is sure to excite high-end G1 collectors.  Our example is factory tape sealed with no color break on the right side.  The left edge exhibits moderate colorbreak and the tape has been separated.  AFA has meticulously examined the contents and confirmed they are indeed complete and brand new.  It’s important to note that several items listed below are unique to the early release “Metal Plates” variant and are not included in the general release Optimus Prime.  Contents include:
