The earliest Battle Cat ever produced.  This was a test market piece featured in catalogs advertising the earliest Masters of the Universe action figures.  Unlike the mass-produced Battle Cats, this one features a hand painted tail.  It never came in-box, was never sold at retail, and very few are known to exist.  Our example is quite possibly the very best in the hobby.  Virtually flawless, CAS assigned it an outstanding grade of “85+”.  This is the first test market Battle Cat we’ve seen hit the open market, and we expect this lot to generate quite a bit of excitement in MOTU Nation!  Encapsulated by CAS (85+), #10176051
