Exceedingly rare and highly desirable giftset from late in the MOTU toyline. Features the final pairing of the iconic combatants: He-Man and Skeletor. Ideal box art featuring Flying First He-Man and Terror Claws Skeletor; with the ominous Castle Grayskull in the background. In the high-end world of giftsets, this is an exceptional example in regard to condition. The box is solid on all panels with only minor imperfections. The reverse, amazingly, is free of the flap crease that plague nearly every giftset. The window is only slightly tinted. There is pinhole at the top of the window that’s viewable in the photos, and there appears to be a few water spots nearest He-Man. Both He-Man and Skeletor, along with their bagged accessories (clear baggies), are firmly secure within. The red cardboard backing showcases the action figures beautifully. Simply an awesome piece featuring two of the biggest icons of 1980’s. It’s one that never hits the market in an open auction format. A showstopper of a piece, one the gives the winner instant credibility and seat at the table alongside MOTU collector royalty.
