Ultra high-grade Superman 12-Back from Series 1 in 1984. Our example is an exceeding rare “triple 85” (85-85-85) on Fan Club Offer card. The card is unpunched and showcases exceptional color. Few blemishes to be found. We were only able to identify a faint vein at the hangtab. No creases or veins found on the reverse. Exceptional! The bubble is crystal clear and retains perfect form. The Superman action figure showcased within is pristine. It’s important to note this is the highly desirable US release, not the Canadian release. We searched through the auction archives and couldn’t find a single Superman 12-Back that approaches the caliber of this one. Truly a special piece and given the Man of Steel’s importance in pop culture, we expect investors and collectors alike will go to battle for this lot on August 24th.
