This item is “hobby fresh” and part of a single-owner collection made available for the very first time. In the late 1970’s, our consignor was a manager at a West Coast department store chain called Fedco. With Star Wars mania already underway, he secured a handful of action figures from the back of the store before they hit shelves (and before they were punched and price tagged). He had the foresight to keep the collection stored away and sealed in their original packages for almost 45 years. The result is a fantastic, fresh-to-market collection, most with amazing color – all unpunched and without stickers!

Unpunched Chewbacca on 12 Back-C card from 1978. Card showcases great color with only minor imperfections. No price tag sticker. No edgewear. Various imperfections on the reverse are visible in the accompanying photos. Bubble is crystal clear and retains perfect form all-around. There is a surface mark at the top of the bubble that brings the subgrade down from an 85 to an 80. Chewy action figure looks outstanding. No frosting on the figure whatsoever.
